Become a Supportive Adult

Supportive Adults are central to our model. Can we add you to our student facing database?

They engage with students by sharing real-world experience, offering guidance, and helping young people explore their interests.

Ways to participate include:

  • informational interviews

  • workplace tours

  • shadow days

  • skill-building experiences

  • project sponsorship

  • mentoring relationships

Time commitments range from a few hours a year to ongoing engagement.

Supportive Adults do not need prior teaching experience — just a willingness to build relationships and share what they know.
